Finally, we have some good news! In these difficult times, it’s with great happiness and pride that we learned that the famous Michelin Guide, a highly respected reference work in the field of gastronomy, has awarded a star to our chef Philippe Colinet and our restaurant Colette here at the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez. A great personal and collective triumph.

After an entire season spent under these extraordinary conditions, we are now able to take advantage of our annual closure and get ready for our reopening next spring.
