At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, baby cots or extra beds can be arranged upon request in our Cocoon or Villa rooms, ensuring a comfortable family stay. Extra beds are available for children under 14 years old only.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, our Bungalow rooms can accommodate up to two guests, while Cocoon rooms are suitable for two adults and one child. For a stay with three adults, we recommend our Villas, which can host up to six guests (two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room), or our interconnecting Cocoon rooms, ideal for up to four guests.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, a private and secure outdoor car park is available for your convenience during your stay. Our valet service will assist you with parking throughout your stay, ensuring a seamless experience. This service is complimentary. Electric vehicle charging stations are also available on site.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, we are committed to ensuring your comfort, including for guests with allergies, for a peaceful stay. All our rooms are equipped with both synthetic and feather pillows. We can remove either one or the other at your convenience. In selected rooms, carpets can also be removed to help reduce allergens. Our team remains at your disposal to tailor your room to your specific needs.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, you can make a bank transfer to benefit from a prepayment rate without having to enter your credit card details online. However, you will be asked to provide a credit card on arrival to cover any additional charges during your stay.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, we can tailor your stay to suit your preferences, even for a one-night stay. Our reception team will be delighted to assist you in selecting and adapting our experiences and packages to your needs.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, the free cancellation deadline is 30 days prior to arrival, in accordance with our cancellation policy. For a stay scheduled on July 25th, you may cancel free of charge until June 25th at 4 pm. After this time, cancellation fees corresponding to the deposit (50% or 100% of the stay, depending on the reserved period) will apply. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, our team remains at your disposal to assist you.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost of your stay is required to secure your booking. However, if you wish to pay for your stay in cash upon departure, this is possible. We can credit you with the initial deposit of 50% or 100%. In accordance with regulations, cash payments are limited to €1,000 for French residents and €15,000 for international guests.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, late arrivals are absolutely possible. We kindly ask you to inform our reception team of your expected arrival time. Please note that our front desk is open 24/7. For security reasons, the hotel gate is closed from 12:00 AM; simply use the intercom to access the property.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, small pets are welcome during your stay. We kindly recommend contacting our reception team in advance to confirm the conditions and ensure a comfortable stay for you and your pet.

Please note that you can order several items from Sezz Saint Tropez through our receptionists, such as our Sezz lamps, Sezz vases, or even the chairs from your room. Ask the reception team what is available for purchase, and they will assist you in your request.

The entire Sezz Saint Tropez team will do their utmost to give you access to your room as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee it.

Depending on our availability, the reception team will be happy to let you enjoy your room until 2:00 PM. We can also store your luggage and you can spend the afternoon by our pool. The Sezz Spa by Susanne Kaufmann is available for you to change at the end of the day.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, our concierge service is at your disposal to organise every detail of your stay. Even before your arrival, a concierge can assist you with all your requests: restaurant bookings, private beaches, transfers or tailor-made experiences. The Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez enjoys a prime location close to the sea. Plage des Canebiers, a well-known public beach in Saint-Tropez, is located just 250 metres from the hotel and can be reached in around 5 minutes on foot via a private gate. Within a 5 to 10-minute drive, guests can also access Plage des Salins and Plage de la Moutte. The famous Pampelonne Bay is approximately 15 to 20 minutes away, by car or via the hotel shuttle.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, access to our 200sqm heated outdoor swimming pool is complimentary for all hotel guests. The Sezz Saint-Tropez is located 5 minutes away (by car or shuttle) from Place des Lices.

The Sezz Saint-Tropez shuttle is a service offered to our guests. It operates from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the beaches and from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. to take you to our meeting point at the corner of Place des Lices.

Our Spa Sezz by Susanne Kaufmann is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The Michelin-starred Colette restaurant since 2021, led by Chef Philippe Colinet, Master Restaurateur, is open from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.:

• from Thursday to Monday in May, June, September, and October.

• from Wednesday to Sunday in July and August.

The breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The Bistrot restaurant Le C is open 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner, on the terrace of the Dom Pérignon bar.

The "By the Pool" snacking menu is served all day 7 days a week.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, several soft mobility options are available to help you easily explore the surroundings. Shuttle services provide convenient transfers to the centre of Saint-Tropez as well as Pampelonne beaches. For more independence, bicycles and electric scooters with helmets will also be offered, allowing you to move around freely and safely.

At the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez, a variety of dining experiences are available both for hotel guests and external visitors. Start your day with our breakfast buffet (7:30 am – 10:30 am). At Le C restaurant, treat yourself to a barbecue lunch (12:30 pm – 2:30 pm) or the refined bistro menu (7:30 pm – 9:30 pm). Throughout the day, a poolside snacking menu is also available for a more relaxed experience. In the evening, enjoy a gastronomic dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant Colette (7:30 pm – 9:30 pm), designed by chef Philippe Colinet, who also creates the menus at Le C.
