We have closed our doors for the winter, so the time has come to look back on the beautiful season that has just ended. Once again, you were there, and we are happy for all those shared moments. New developments and prestigious awards were just a part of the joys we had to celebrate in 2021...

 

Our wellness innovations: the Spa by Cinq-Mondes and a new approach to breakfast

While the 2021 season was shaping up amidst the constraints of a still difficult public health situation, your Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez team chose to focus on wellness. To help us do this, we selected a new partner for our Spa: Cinq-Mondes. Based on natural care and traditional beauty rituals, the values of Cinq-Mondes particularly appealed to us and we were inspired to share them with you. Wellness is also about healthy eating and our new approach to breakfast enabled you to discover a selection of local seasonal produce and enjoy a show-cooking experience with good food prepared before your eyes.

 

Our chef and his team received well-deserved accolades

The year 2021 was also marked by two prestigious awards granted to our chef Philippe Colinet. In January, the famous Michelin Guide awarded our restaurant Colette a star, a true recognition of our chef's approach and his refined, aesthetic cuisine based around fine seasonal produce. This first award was accompanied by the Trophée de la Cuisine de la Mer (Sea Food Trophy) awarded in September by the Gault & Millau Guide. This was an accolade that the chef and his team gladly share with the artisans, producers and fishermen who supported their approach throughout the season.

For us, the 2021 season was one of rewards but also commitments. From our zero-plastic initiative to our choice of partners such as LiLLiWater, Acqua di Parma and, of course, Cinq-Mondes for our Spa, through the fresh approach to our breakfast, we applied our principles. See you next year!
