MICHELIN-starred Restaurant Colette

Christened Colette, the restaurant pays homage to Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette, the French female novelist.

Its incredible setting in the midst of olive and palm trees with views of the hotel's iconic pool create a buzzing and intimate vibe. The dishes are always made using fresh ingredients and inspired by exotic or Mediterranean flavours in homage to the region. The menu takes you on an adventure showcasing food trends with bold, modern culinary creations that radiate the Azur sunshine.

Sezz Saint-Tropez welcomes the Michelin star chef Philippe Colinet. As part of the 5* boutique hotel, the chef will elaborate his penchant for a pure and fresh cuisine. A common passion united through the search of a Mediterranean esthetic. Chef Colinet's surprising and subtle menu is an invitation of a travel around the Mediterranean.

The ingredients are the focus through their composition and taste. The chef focuses on local harvesters and suppliers in order to select the best ingredients on a daily basis, according to seasonality.

Chef Philippe COLINET

For two seasons, the Sezz and its restaurant Colette have become inseparable from the name of Philippe Colinet.

Practical information

The Colette Restaurant has capacity for 70 covers on the terrace and 50 covers inside.
Our restaurant is closed every Monday and Tuesday evening. Open 7/7 in June, July and August.

Non-hotel guests are welcome for dinner.

Service hours are:
Diner 7:30 to 10:00pm.
