Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez Rules
PREAMBLE
The present rules are available at the reception. Anyone entering the Premises of the Hotel is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these provisions.
The Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez is a private establishment open to the public, providing luxury hotel, restaurant, and SPA services.
For the present rules, the following terms are defined:
"Hotel": the entity responsible for the premises and providing the services, as well as its representatives (including its staff).
"Premises": all the premises composing the hotel: premises, rooms, common areas, staff-only areas.
"Common Areas": all areas accessible to any visitor, including the reception, shop, spa, walkways, restaurant, bar, terrace, pool, and pool beach.
"Visitor": any person (passerby, hotel service provider, guest, staff ...) entering the premises.
"Guest": any person who has subscribed to a service with the hotel and is welcomed as such in the premises.
GENERAL ORGANIZATION
Booking and Check-in
Booking: Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking, with a deposit payment.
Check-in: Rooms are available from 4:00 PM on your day of arrival. A valid photo ID and the credit card used to pay the deposit must be presented at check-in.
Check-out
Rooms must be vacated before 12:00 PM on your day of departure. Any late departure without management approval may incur additional charges.
Security and Tranquility
Security: For safety reasons, the hotel pool is only accessible between 9:30 AM and 8:00 PM. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Access to the Spa (Jacuzzi and steam room) is prohibited for minors under 16 years old.
Tranquility: Please respect other guests by avoiding noise disturbances between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any disturbance of our Guests' serenity may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Liability and Insurance
Liability: The hotel declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or deterioration of personal belongings within the hotel premises.
Insurance: We recommend that our guests take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.
Behavior and Respect
Behavior: Any behavior deemed inappropriate or dangerous may result in immediate expulsion from the hotel without refund.
Respect: We ask that you respect the hotel staff and other guests. Any form of discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.
Pets
Pets (and service animals) are accepted, subject to prior agreement with the hotel. Additional fees may apply. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and are not allowed in dining areas or around the pool.
Environment
The hotel is committed to an ecological approach. We encourage you to reuse your towels as much as possible during your stay and to limit your water and electricity consumption.
COMMON AREAS
Colette Gourmet Restaurant
Booking: Reservations are highly recommended, especially during high season. They can be made online, by phone, or by email.
Dress Code: Elegant yet casual attire is required. Beachwear, shorts, bermuda shorts, flip-flops, etc. are not allowed.
Opening Hours: The restaurant is open to hotel guests and Visitors from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Tuesday to Sunday inclusive in June/July/August, and Wednesday to Sunday inclusive in May/September/October.
Children Welcome: Children are welcome at Colette restaurant. However, to ensure a serene dining experience for all our guests, we ask that they remain under constant supervision.
Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: Allergies/intolerance/dietary restrictions must be communicated to our teams at the time of reservation so that Chef Philippe Colinet can create a personalized menu for you.
Bistro Restaurant Le C
Booking: Reservations are highly recommended, especially during high season. They can be made online, by phone, or by email.
Opening Hours: The restaurant is open to hotel guests and Visitors every lunchtime from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM and every evening from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Children Welcome: Children are welcome at Le C restaurant. However, to ensure a serene dining experience for all our guests, we ask that they remain under constant supervision.
Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: All allergies/intolerances/dietary restrictions must be communicated to our teams at the time of reservation so that Chef Philippe Colinet can create a personalized menu for you.
Dom Pérignon Bar
The bar is open to Guests and Visitors 7/7, from noon to midnight. In accordance with the consumer code, bar staff may refuse to serve, particularly alcohol, to any Visitor or Guest in a state of manifest drunkenness. Guests are not permitted to consume food brought from outside (pizza or other): food must be consumed in their room within their private space.
Spa by Cinq Mondes
Open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, our spa welcomes hotel guests as well as external clients. All treatments or access to the Hammam and Jacuzzi must be booked in advance, either by phone, email, or directly with our teams.
Fitness Room
The outdoor fitness room is accessible to all our Guests from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
ROOMS
General Information
All Hotel Sezz rooms are strictly non-smoking (indoors).
Pets are allowed, under the constant supervision of their owner, who agrees to inform the staff at booking and to compensate Hotel Sezz or any third party for any damage caused by the animal.
Any damage to the room, including smoke odor or material damage, will be charged to the Guest.
Room service is available. Details of additional services (room service, minibar, laundry) are specified by notices or cards in the room. Products reserved for consumption can be taken away, but any missing items in the room at check-out will be charged, including:
Bluetooth speaker and cable
Coffee machine
Kettle
Hairdryer
Cushions and throw
Adapter
Robes
Valuables over €500 must be placed in your room's safe. Failing this, and in the event of proven theft, the hotel's liability will be limited to this amount.
Guests are required to adopt a decent attitude and dress during their interactions with the staff at all times and places, including within their room.
Services and Extras
Room Service: Our room service is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Laundry: A laundry service is available. In standard service, clothes deposited before 1:00 PM are returned the next day before 8:00 PM. In express service, clothes deposited by 11:00 AM are returned the same day before 8:00 PM. Please see the price list in your room.
EVENTS
Organization: The hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez offers the possibility to organize corporate or private events. To ensure the success of your event, please contact our sales department at least 2 months before the date.
Respect for the Premises: Event organizers are responsible for the behavior of their guests and must ensure that the premises are respected and left in good condition. Any damage or extra cleaning may incur additional charges.
Noise Disturbances: To respect other guests, events must adhere to the schedules provided during the organization phase with the sales department. Any manifestation in the hotel's outdoor spaces must end at midnight, unless previously agreed with the Management.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
All Common Areas are under video surveillance for the safety of people and property.
Video protection constitutes a processing of personal data. The purpose of this processing is to ensure the safety of people and property within the Premises.
As such, it relies on the lawful basis of legitimate interest, in accordance with Article 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Given the pursued purpose and the positioning of the cameras, the processing concerns every Visitor to the hotel.
In case of an incident related to the safety of people and property, surveillance images may be extracted from the system. They are then kept on another medium for the time necessary to resolve procedures related to this incident and are accessible only to authorized persons in this context.
