Chef Philippe COLINET, Maître Restaurateur

Since 2020, the Hotel Sezz and its restaurants, Le C and Colette, have become inseparable from the name Philippe Colinet.

Having arrived in Saint-Tropez over ten years ago, his expertise, patience, and humility have led him to the stars. Trained by the renowned chef Jean Bardet in Touraine, he built the foundation of his success in his homeland. His 30 years of experience have been shaped by time spent in prestigious French establishments: La Roche le Roy in Tours, Roger Vergé in Mougins, and the Michelin-starred Relais & Châteaux L’Auberge des Templiers in Loiret. His last stop before Saint-Tropez was La Bastide, where he successfully reclaimed the coveted Michelin star. Since 2014, his heart has belonged to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

Here, Philippe Colinet has developed a sustainable network of local producers and continually reinvents his distinctive cuisine with the changing seasons. His love for the Mediterranean… and its products at the heart of his refined and pure culinary creations.
