Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez Rules
INTRODUCTION
The hotel rules are available to consult at Reception. Any person on hotel premises is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these provisions.
Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez is a private establishment open to the public, providing luxury hotel, restaurant and SPA services.
For the purpose of these hotel rules, the following terms are defined accordingly:
- "Hotel": The entity responsible for the premises and providing the services as well as its representatives (in particular its staff).
- "Premises": All the areas that make up the hotel: Rooms, communal areas, and staff areas.
- "Communal Areas": Any part of the premises accessible to any visitor, including, in particular, the reception area, shop, spa, walkways, restaurant, bar, terrace, swimming pool and pool deck.
- "Visitor": Any person entering the premises (including passers-by, hotel service providers, guests and staff.).
- "Customer": Any person who has booked a service with the hotel and has been received on the premises as such.
GENERAL ORGANISATION
Reservations and Check-in
- Reservations: Reservations can be made online, by telephone or by email. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation with payment of a deposit.
- Check-in: Rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Photo identity and a valid credit card that was used to pay the deposit must be presented at check-in.
Check-out
Rooms must be vacated by midday 12 pm on the day of departure. Any late departures without the agreement by the Management may result in additional charges.
Safety and Tranquillity
- Safety: For safety reasons, the hotel swimming pool is only open from 9.30 am and 8 pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Access to the spa area (jacuzzi and hammam) is not permitted for minors under 16 years.
- Peace and tranquillity: We kindly ask you to respect other guests by refraining from making any disturbing noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Any disturbance of the peace enjoyed by our guests may result in immediate eviction from the hotel with no right to a refund.
Liability and Insurance
- Liability: The hotel accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings on the hotel premises.
- Insurance: We recommend that our guests take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.
Behaviour and Respect
- Behaviour: Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or dangerous may result in immediate eviction from the hotel with no right to a refund.
- Respect: We ask you to respect the hotel staff and other guests. Any form of discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.
Pets
Pets (and assistant animals) are accepted subject to a prior agreement with the hotel. Additional charges may apply. Pets must be kept on a lead in communal areas and are not allowed in the restaurant areas or around the swimming pool.
The environment
The hotel is committed to taking an environmentally friendly approach. We encourage you to re-use your towels as much as possible during your stay and to limit your consumption of water and electricity.
COMMUNAL AREAS
Restaurant Colette
- Reservations: Reservations are strongly recommended, particularly in high season. Reservations can be made online, by telephone or by email.
- Dress code: Elegant yet casual attire is required. Beachwear, shorts, Bermuda shorts, and flip-flops are not permitted.
- Opening times: The restaurant is open to hotel clientele and visitors from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm, Tuesdays to Sundays during June/July/August and Wednesdays to Sundays during May/September/October.
- Children in the restaurant: Children are welcome at Restaurant Colette. However, to ensure a safe dining experience for all our guests, we ask that they be supervised at all times.
- Food restrictions and allergies: Any food allergy/intolerance/restriction must be brought to the attention of our teams at the time of booking so that Chef Philippe Colinet can prepare a personalised menu.
Bistro Le C:
- Reservations: Reservations are strongly recommended, particularly in high season. Reservations can be made online, by telephone or by email.
- Opening times: The restaurant is open to hotel clientele and visitors every lunchtime from 12.30 to 2.30 pm and evenings from 7.30pm to 10.30pm.
- Children in the restaurant: Children are welcome at Le C. However, to ensure a safe bistro experience for all our guests, we ask that they be supervised at all times.
- Food restrictions and allergies: Any food allergy/intolerance/restriction must be brought to the attention of our teams at the time of booking so that Chef Philippe Colinet can prepare a personalised menu.
Bar Dom Pérignon
The bar is open to hotel clientele and visitors every day from midday to midnight. Under the French Consumer Code, bar staff may refuse to serve any hotel guest or visitor who is clearly intoxicated, particularly due to alcohol consumption. Guests are not permitted to eat food brought in from outside (such as pizza or other) and should eat in their room, within their own private space.
Spa by Cinq Mondes
Our spa is open from 10 am to 9 pm to hotel clientele and visitors. All treatments and access to the hammam and jacuzzi must be booked in advance by phone, email or in person with our staff.
The gym
The outdoor gym is open to all our clientele from 8 am to 8 pm.
ROOMS
General information
- All Hotel Sezz rooms are strictly non-smoking.
- Pets are tolerated, under the constant supervision of their owners, who undertake to inform the staff when booking and to compensate Hotel Sezz or any third party for any damage caused by the pet.
- Any damage to the room, in particular the smell of smoke or material damage, will be charged to the guest.
- Room service is available. Details of additional services (room service, minibar, and laundry) are displayed on notices or cards found in the room. Items intended for use may be taken out of the room, but any items missing from the room at the time of check-out will be billed accordingly. These include:
- Bluetooth speaker and cable
- Coffee machine
- Kettle
- Hair dryer
- Cushions and throw
- Adapter
- Bathrobes
- Valuables worth over €500 should be placed in the safe in your room. Failing to do so, and in the event of proven theft, the hotel's liability will be limited to this amount.
- Guests are expected to behave in a courteous manner when interacting with staff at all times and in all places, even in their room.
Services and Extras
- Room service: Our room service is available from 9 am to 10 pm.
- Laundry service: A laundry service is available. For standard service, garments dropped off before 1 pm are returned the next day by 8 pm. For express service, garments dropped off by 11 am are returned the same day by 8 pm. For prices, please consult the price list found in your room.
EVENTS
- Organisation: Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez is available for corporate and private events. To ensure the success of your event, please contact our Sales Department to make arrangements at least two months in advance.
- Respect for the venue: Event organisers are responsible for their guests' conduct and must ensure that the venue is respected and left in an appropriate state. Any damage or cleaning may result in additional charges.
- Noise: In the interests of respecting other hotel guests and visitors, events should comply with the timetables agreed with the Sales Department during the planning phase. All events in the hotel's outdoor areas must end by midnight unless a prior agreement has been made with the Management.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
- To ensure the safety of people and property, all the Communal Areas are under video surveillance.
- Video surveillance involves the processing of personal data. The purpose of this process is to ensure the safety of people and property on the premises.
- As such, it is based on the legal grounds of legitimate interest, under article 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Given the purpose and the positioning of CCTV cameras, all visitors to the hotel are concerned.
- In the event of an incident relating to the security of people or property, video surveillance images may be retrieved from the system. They are then stored on another device until the procedures relating to the incident have been resolved, and can only be accessed by persons authorised to do so.
