Experience an exquisite pampering and wellness break

The Hotel Sezz is a place of comfort, tranquillity, and tasteful design in the heart of Saint-Tropez. With its bold architecture that abolishes the boundaries between the outside and the inside, it basks in the beautiful Provencal light and brings you closer to nature. The hotel’s Spa SEZZ by Cinq Mondes enhances this atmosphere and invites you to forget your cares...

A place of absolute relaxation

Imagine a pool bathed in sunshine, the scents of the Mediterranean essences of the garden mingling with the fragrances of essential oils, and the gentle murmur of water... You are in the Hotel Sezz Spa. Various spaces await you in accordance with your desires of the moment. The Jacuzzi and hammam invite you to enjoy sessions of complete relaxation. And, in the two treatment cabins and the nail bar, our beauty experts offer treatments and massages from the Cinq Mondes brand.

The new treatment menu by Cinq Mondes

Inspired by traditional beauty rituals from around the world, Nathalie and Jean-Louis Poiroux combined their passion for ancestral and natural treatments and cosmetics. This is how the Cinq Mondes line was born, and it’s offered today at the Spa of the Hotel Sezz. For this new summer season, you will find, among other things, the essential Rituel Fleur de Bali facial treatment and the energising aromatic scrub with spices. To make aches and fatigue a distant memory, opt for the delicious Sublime massage from Polynesia inspired by Lomi-Lomi or the traditional oriental massage with heated argan oil. Our specialists are happy to guide you in choosing the ideal treatment.

The Spa Sezz by Cinq Mondes, a veritable haven of pampering and wellness, is open every day from 10:00 to 21:00. Don’t forget to book your session with our team and enjoy an utterly relaxing and soothing experience in the Spa of the Hotel Sezz.
