Around the world in a sip
It must be said that the coming of spring has given wings of inspiration to our Chef Barman Étienne, who is never short of gourmet creativity. In the beginning was the pisco, this magnificent eau-de-vie of the white Muscat grape, a real institution in Chile, that the Waqar brand distils and ages in barrels for our pleasure. To this is added a touch of sake with fruity aromas. Then the Mediterranean is invited to the party. A hint of mimosa syrup, a sage flower, a little lemon is mixed in. Thus is born the Worldwide, a summer cocktail both subtle and suave, delicately combining freshness and sweetness in a swirl of flavours that is as original as it is delicious.
