During the winter months, your Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez closes for a period of rest and maintenance in preparation for the holiday season and the return of our guests. Watching over the establishment in the meantime are two lovely people. With their many skills and kindnesses, they are at the heart of the large Sezz family, so today we want to put them in the spotlight. Hopefully, you’ll get to meet them this summer.
Patricia; our guardian angel
Patricia is officially in charge of looking after the Sezz during the winter and maintaining our outdoor spaces throughout the year. Unofficially, she is a combination of guardian angel and mother figure, as well as a true cordon bleu cook specialising in the recipes of the north, where she’s from, as well as those of Belgium. She watches over everyone, prepares meals for the team, helps guests and even saves stray cats found in the hotel gardens! If you like to take early morning walks, you’ll probably come across Patricia armed with her rake and wonderful smile.
Jean-Noël; our jack of all trades!
While Patricia watches over everyone, Jean-Noël does maintenance, repairs and helps out generally. In a place as large as the Sezz Saint-Tropez, there’s always something to do, summer and winter, and it’s no easy job! Helping Patricia in one of the rooms, in the presence of the guests, he ended up falling into the plunge-pool. Fortunately, he was unhurt, and everyone had a laugh, including Jean-Noël. He also solves mysteries... like the time when the outdoor lighting in a part of the garden no longer worked. After technical checks, he noticed that a little girl was carefully covering the spotlights with gravel! Mystery solved!
While the Sezz Saint-Tropez is dormant for a few months, helping hands take care of the place. They’ll also help to take care of your comfort when the holiday season is here. Come and meet them!
