Christened Colette, the restaurant pays homage to Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette, the French female novelist.

In an exceptional setting, surrounded by olive and palm trees, overlooking the swimming pool in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.

The menu offers a wide selection of meat and fish on a wood fire grill.

Boeuf Charolais and Salers from France, Black Angus from the United States, Wagyu from Chili, Quercy lamb and even grilled Iberian pork are imagined by the Chef, Patrick Cuissard.

Flavoursome dishes inspired by the Mediterranean Region, where freshness and refined simplicity reign.

The menu and the ingredients take you on an exotic journey (dishes prepared with saffron, yuzu, cumin or rosemary).

A light fragrant menu for those who wish to enjoy it around the pool, a gastronomic menu in the evening, not forgetting the short trousers of course!

DJ set 7 days a week in July and August and every weekends in June and September.

Practical information

The Colette Restaurant has capacity for 70 covers on the terrace and 50 covers inside.
The restaurant is closed every lunch time, except on Sundays, as well as Monday and Tuesday evenings. Open 7 days a week from 19th of June to 31st of August 2017

Service hours are:

  • Breakfast 7:30 to 10:30am.
  • Lunch 12:30 to 2:30pm.

Dinner 7:30 to 10:30pm.
